Dear W.A.H.O. Members

      We are honoured to inform you that the time has arrived when Poland looks forward to welcoming you all to our country, where we are proud to offer you an unforgettable time on the occasion of the 2004 W.A.H.O. Conference.  The Conference will take place under the high patronage of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs between 8th-13th August 2004 in Warsaw, the capital of Poland, a city with a long history and tradition, known for its independence and heroism.  We are especially pleased that the W.A.H.O. Conference will take place in the year when Poland will celebrate a historical moment - access to the European Community.

      As hosts of the W.A.H.O. Conference, we will do our utmost to ensure that you will feel at home during your stay here, and will enjoy our traditional friendly Polish hospitality.

      We are proud to share Poland’s over 200 year tradition of breeding purebred Arabian horses with members of the W.A.H.O. family, who have also entwined their lives with this unique and cherished breed.  We truly believe that the presentations of our national treasure, the Polish Arabian Horse, during the special Parade at the Warsaw Racecourse Gardens and during the post - conference visits to our historical and famous State Studs will deeply touch your hearts and leave you with unforgettable memories.

      We are also please to offer you an interesting sightseeing programme together with an inviting selection of Post - Conference Tours, which will enable you to experience the richness of Poland’s history and culture, taking you into the heartlands of Poland to see romantic places and to enjoy the beauty of untouched nature.
